Peace-out Shanghai!

Our last day in Shanghai was super fun!
I've discovered that if I don't ask for it, Mike will probably buy it for me anyway. ;)
After checking out of our hotel, we were on our way to a famous chinese garden, but alas, we couldn't find the entrance.
Plus we weren't sure if we had gotten enough money out of the bank to even get in.
So instead we got lost and found some wonderful things.

Our hostel was pretty cute once you got past the alleyway.

Nobody has a dryer so people hang their clothes anywhere they can find.

Yay! I'm getting pearls!
Such a good hubby!

After spending what we had brought with us, we decided to head outta there and pick up our luggage.
But we still had a few hours to kill, so we decided to hit up an art gallery.  It was awesome! The first floor was strictly for pro-communist art. haha

The rest of the gallery was pretty sweet though! We decided to take artsy pictures while we were in there.
And so we did, dodging all the guards who were making sure no one took any pictures. ;)

After that, we headed to a quick dinner before boarding our train to Beijing!
